Couldn't this be more accurately described as the Beebe-Brewer House (at right, with rustication)?

Hi Tom,

Thank you for bringing the description to our attention, I will update the entry. I believe it is no. 33, the Parkman house on the left, and no. 30, the Beebe side of the Brewer-Beebe house. I will try to do some more research on the house in the middle.
