Description

Oval pasteboard bandbox. Paper depicts a scene at Little Falls, a town on the Mohawk River where the Erie Canal ran through. The Erie Canal was begun in 1817 and was a popular scene for it was another means of transportation. Block-printed in blue, pink and white on a green ground.
