Description

Wallpaper fragment. This Renaissance Revival paper has a striped pattern with stacked colonnettes. The strapwork in between the colonnettes is referred to as 'ferronerie' for its resemblance to French Renaissance ironwork. Printed in tan, two blues, two browns, and cream on a white, satin ground.
