Blue and white pinstripe (stripes run horizontally), w/ blue chine squares overlaid; broad neckline trimmed w/ lace; capped sleeves w/ lace under sleeves; V-shaped front w/ lattice pattern of blue rick-rack and blue and beige silk fringe; peplum; 10 blue covered buttons; bones and padded at bust; cotton lining; skirt has cotton waistband w/ 2 hooks and eyes; cartridge pleats all around; one pocket; skirt has been shortened at waist; one tuck near hem; skirt is unlined.
