Black rayon velvet shoes with a round toe and round throat. There is a 2" vamp; 3-5/8" heel covered with rhinestones and silvered plastic.

For fifty-one years before its closing in 1996, Charles Sumner sold fine women's apparel at its prime location on the most fashionable street. The rhinestone-encrusted heels of these shoes indicate they were meant to be worn for formal occassions.
