Discolored white w/ bands of 3 twill stripes running both horizontally & vertically creating checked pattern overall. Gathered at waist; waistband made of 2 sections extending into ties; seam at right; short ties also made of sections. Button & buttonhole closure at back; center seam from waist to hem; hem turned under 1 1/2" & stitched; mid-calf length.
