Pleats stitched in place at center back w/ fullness below; hand rolled hem; snap closure along left side to waist, along waist & down left back. B=Coat - matching coat has long sleeves w/ blue & white cuffs matching collar of dress; sleeves gathered at shouldr w/ black shoulder lining for support; narrow string tie attached to waist of black chiffon.
