Further to my previous email. My beadwork chain is very like Susan W Baxter's, with geometric gold and steel beads on a brown bead background. It's 1/4 inch wide and 21 inches long. I suspect it has been cut down as the ends are roughly turned under, and with attached hook and eye fasteners. I love the portraits of the ladies wearing them!

Errata. Sarah W Baxter, not Susan!
