Preservationists celebrate at the Vilna Shul

January 13, 2013

Staff from Historic New England celebrated with others in the preservation community at the Boston Preservation Alliance’s holiday party on January 9. The event was held at the historic Vilna Shul, Boston's center for Jewish culture, on Beacon Hill where guests enjoyed light refreshments, shared success stories, and took a special look at ongoing mural conservation work.

Historic New England and the Vilna Shul have partnered in the past on a 100 Years, 100 Communities project dedicated to documenting and sharing the twentieth-century history of Beacon Hill.
