Casey Farm participates in Thanksgiving market
Casey Farm staff sold farm-fresh autumn produce at the Coastal Growers' Thanksgiving Market on November 20. The market is held annually on the Saturday before Thanksgiving at the Lafayette Mill in Wickford, Rhode Island.
The Casey Farm market stand included items such as honey, sweet potatoes, winter squash, leeks, celeriac, many greens and lettuces, shallots, kale, collard greens, and Brussels sprouts. Other vendors offered locally produced bakery items, meats, and cheeses.
